Who I am

It is my passion to bring out the best in every person. Providing them with proper coaching, strategy, management and some knowledge to help them give their full potential in their chosen fields. With strong web development background since 2008. I am the kind of person that will always try to figure out how to solve roadblocks along the way.

Working in Full Scale I:
• Manage projects with a group of talented developers
• Analyze project requirements and breaking task with WBS
• Setting up Jira/Confluence for our clients
• Monitor project status and managing teams

Working in Mopro I:
• Manage and lead more than 100 Web Designers that provides quality website to clients
• Provide solutions to common technical request from clients to meet their business needs
• Ensures quality and monitor progress to meet client's expectations
• Create and improve processes and services to achieve business goals and metrics
• Analyze data to meet KPIs and provides solutions from resource management to tools and services needed

Lanex:
Develop softwares and sites with the following technologies: Laravel, React-JS, Socket IO, Redis, Git, Web Services with PHP. Learning new technologies upon joining Lanex Philippines.

Vicommerce:
-Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

-Development and integration of mapping, geo-coding, and data feed import from different MLS (Multiple Listing Service) sources.

-Develop softwares and sites with the following technologies: Laravel, Magento, Magento API, Git, Web Services with PHP.

I have handled a team while working with Vicommerce and developed my management skills. Looking forward to improve my Management Skills and lead a team in the future.

In Zylun Philippines I :
- Develop projects in all stages of web development, from design and implementation to testing process, maintenance and database structure optimization.

- Code and develop using PHP with Codeigniter and PostgreSQL, Wordpress and Jquery, javascript, CSS for dynamic websites.

In TYF, primarily we develop and maintain in house Customer Relationship Management systems used by company agents for certain clients. Support end-users of the systems for troubleshooting.

I had my first job at Treon Inc. We develop and maintain systematic Human Resource systems used by local clients. Support end-users of the systems for troubleshooting.
